The process
1.Booking + Session Fee
Let’s make sure I am someone you feel comfortable with & I can offer what you are looking for in a photographer. This is the perfect time to also compare calendars. The quickest way to do this is a quick phone call. To book you’ll sign a contract & pay your session fee {reserves your session on my calendar, all prints are products are purchased separately}.

2.Preparing
What to wear? Where to shoot? Once you are booked I will send a welcome guide & a style questionnaire to you that will help us shop for the perfect outfits and give you some tips on how to prepare for your session. I will also expertly guide you in selecting the perfect location for your session.
3.On The Day
Authentic feels! Whether it is quiet cuddles or running and playing, I will capture your family in a natural and authentic way. All real moments and connections welcome!
4.The Reveal!
2-3 weeks following your session you will receive a link to a beautiful slideshow set to music, gather together as a family and oooohhh and aaaahhhh over your beautiful images. Once you click the link, your ordering window will begin.
Your ordering window will last 5 days, this is the time in which you will purchase your products or digitals. Most people will schedule a zoom call, so I can expertly help you through the process.
5. Join the Club
Babies and children change and grow daily. Most of my clients love documenting all the milestones and memories. Once we’ve worked together, you will be invited to join the EJP Membership Club and take managing family photos off your to-do list forever. Members enjoy special benefits, discounted pricing, priority scheduling, and a monthly payment plan. Contact me for more information on the club!

Sessions
A $350 non-refundable session fee is due at the time of booking along with signed contracts and does not include any digitals or print products.
Session fee does include:
- Reserving your date
- Zoom planning appointment
- Styling of your session
- Use of props, gowns, and accessories
- Time and talent of your photographer
- Online gallery prep and delivery
All newborn sessions are fully styled by me and included a full family session + 1-2 posed newborn session+details shots.
Sessions are scheduled once baby arrives and take place Fridays @ 930am at my studio in Hampstead, NC.
After you have viewed your slideshow you will purchase your prints and products (minimum purchase required), taking your portraits beyond a digital file to tangible, heirloom artwork.
