MY PROCESS
I
Once you book, you’ll get access to my easy styling tool to plan outfits from home. Then, about 3–4 weeks before your session, we’ll schedule a dress fitting so you can try on anything from my client closet.

On session day, I’ll bring your wardrobe with me and meet you at one of my favorite beaches. Everything will be ready so you can show up, feel amazing, and let me guide you every step of the way. I’ll help you feel confident, radiant, and like the goddess you are—with bold, striking maternity portraits that celebrate your strength, beauty, and this incredible season of motherhood.

We all have the best intentions of doing something with our images after the session is over, but life can get hectic and it is easy to push off and forget. Part of my service is going beyond the session and helping you take that next step. Everything is custom designed and ordered by me and shipped directly to you.

Every pregnancy is beautifully unique, so the perfect time can vary from mama to mama. Some women feel their best and have a noticeable bump in the second trimester, while others may take a little longer to show. In general, I recommend scheduling your maternity session between 27 and 30 weeks. During this window, most expecting moms have a lovely, defined bump and still feel comfortable enough to enjoy the experience.
No, your session fee is separate from your collection. The session fee covers your time booked with Emily for the session itself, as well as the styling and the editing. No, your digital files are not covered in the session fee. Once your custom slideshow of around 50 images is sent to you, you will have 24 hours to view the slideshow and decide which collection you would like to purchase. Each collection includes digital downloads and a print credit. These images will be the ones that you and your family love the most and will be most excited to have printed for frames on your wall, for a physical photo album, or other products available inside the online gallery store.
I specialize in beach sessions and am known for capturing the magic of our beautiful coastal scenery. I stick to a handful of favorite beach spots that I know will photograph beautifully every time—giving you the best light, backdrops, and overall experience.

Absolutely! This is a full family session PLUS the mega goddess moment you didn’t know you needed. We will get all the family snuggles, plus some poses of you and your growing belly.
